I had a wonderful experience here, everything was good, the location was excellent really close to the main square, and airport. The staff were helpful and attentive too. The room was exceptionally clean with smoke detectors for safety measures. I could see inner courtyard. I enjoyed this stay...

Overall it was a GREAT stay for 3 nights. The location was brilliant, for example, Sky Zone Trampoline Park Amusement Center was within walking distance of the hotel.

Everything was perfect.

This place had a room with central heating, a seating area, and a work desk for just $44 in a fantastic downtown location.

stayed in marrakesh before but riad bab chems made this visit special. spacious rooms, tasteful decor, and a warm bed for chilly nights. delicious breakfast and the kindness of the hosts, amina and mohammed, made our stay unforgettable.

The hotel was charming with a traditional Moroccan decor. Its location was perfect for exploring the winding streets of the old town and was just a short walk from the bustling markets. The hotel lacked storage for hanging clothes which was inconvenient during our romantic seven-day stay. the streets leading to the hotel were very narrow and crowded, making it difficult to pass with luggage.

No room for improvement, everything was ok.

The hotel lacks proper communication. Some guests complained about poor communication with the owner and staff.
